Based on the interest of the Middle Technical University in research programs and scientic research, and Under the supervision of the President of the Middle Technical University Prof. Dr. Waddah Amer Hatem, and Headed by the Dean of Institute of Medical Technology/ Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Dr. Lateef Essa Alwan, Institute of Medical Technology/ Baghdad holds the The 6th International Scientific Conference of Medical and Health Specialties September 18-19 2024 Baghdad-Iraq. This conference is going to discuss mainly Medical Technology topics and research of post-graduate students to promote information exchange among students and faculty. The audience is composed of students and members of academic staff, who provide a friendly environment for sharing ideas, peer-review, and receiving feedback.

About MTI

The “Institute of Medical Technology/ Baghdad” is one of the oldest technical education institutes, formerly the Middle Technical University and currently within the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The institute was established in 1966 for the purpose of preparing medical and intermediate health personnel and covering the needs of hospitals and primary health centers that accompanied the development in modern Iraq.

The 6th International Scientific Conference of Medical and Health Specialties (ISCMHS2024)

Vision:

The vision of the conference is to promote collaboration, innovation, and advancement in the field of Medical and Health Specialties.

Mission:

The mission of the 6th International Scientific Conference of Medical and Health Specialties is to present the latest research findings, issues, and challenges, and to support the publication of scientific information through presentations, posters, workshops, and other forms of academic discourse.

Goals:

• Promoting Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Encourage collaboration and understanding between medical and technical health sciences.
• Addressing Societal Issues through Science: Explore how scientific research can be applied to solve societal challenges.
• Adapting to Changing Landscapes in Health Sciences: Discuss strategies to tackle challenges arising from transformations in the medical and health domains.

Online Submission

1. First, you have to register and log in through: Login/Register
2. Choose the name of our conference : The 6th International Scientific Conference of Medical and Health Specialties.
3. Upload your paper as .doc format according to the Template with the plagiarism report after clicking 'Create New Submission' and choosing the area of your research.
4. You have to add the email of your supervisor, but he/she has to register first, and then select your supervisor as he/she will appear in the system.
5. Click 'Submit'.

Conference Proceedings

All accepted papers will be published in the (Journal of Bioscience and applied Research or Journal of Emergency Medicine, Trauma and Acute Care) conference proceeding (digital copy on CD) and a book of abstracts will be given to all participants on the registration day.

Participation Process

Manuscripts should obey the following criteria :

• Written in English.
• Original and not submitted or under consideration elsewhere.
• Use the following Template. (Pages between 4-6)

Plagiarism Policy

Authors are kindly requested to present a plagiarism report produced by Turnitin which confirms that the total similarity is less than 20%..

Conference registration fee

All conference participants must pay the conference registration fee. Participants can choose any of the options given below to participate at the Conference.
